I just love the ease of audio - it’s a great way to immerse your heart and mind in the word of God as you start your day - and throughout!

If you like a good beat, I highly recommend checking out Streetlights. They are read in the New Living Translation (also other versions and languages) and incredibly well done! We even keep it on as background noise throughout our day with our kids, and on road trips. Find them on SPOTIFY or on the WEB.
As a quick side note, because I know this is a subject of much debate:
There is no doubt that for detailed study of the scriptures, you need to go to the source as much as possible. It is true that most bible versions contain omissions, substitutions and additions. I find that the King James Version is helpful for study, though hard to understand for some. I love the ease of listening to New Living Translation for the every day. This article is not a recommendation for what bible version you should use.
I recommend referencing the original Hebrew and Greek, while paying attention to the culture of that time and literary structure. Chat with other believers about what you have studied, and ask Jesus to give you revelation about the meaning and application. All you can do is the best you’ve got - just remember that it all starts and ends with Jesus.
People could war forever on the verses and specific words and their meanings - but if we lose the message of Jesus, in it’s entirety from Old through New Testament, we miss the mark! And if we miss the forgiveness of our sins and finding a personal relationship with God, there is no greater tragedy. What good will our knowledge do us then?
I do recommend beginning your study of the word of God with the life and teachings of Jesus in The Gospels (Mathew, Mark, Luke and John). Even holy men in that day, scholars of the Torah, had things wrong with their interpretation and application. Jesus brought attention to the truth - the true interpretation of key scriptures of old and the very nature of God. Start there and ask for Jesus to give you wisdom and revelation for understanding the rest of scripture, and then… leave nothing out.
For the Word of God begins with:
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Gen 1:1)
and ends with:
He which testifies these things says, “Surely I will come quickly. Amen”. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
(Rev 22:21-22)

God bless you!
